Description

The key responsibilities of a Management Accountant include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and reports
• Participating in financial forecasting and planning
• Assisting with budget preparation and cost management
• Analysing financial performance and making recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Participating in internal and external audits
• Collaborating with the financial team and other departments
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Part qualified studying towards ACCA or CIMA
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
