Axon Moore is seeking a commercially astute individual for a finance role at a fast-growing property business in Manchester.
The position requires strong experience in a similar busy environment and will support the Finance Director and Financial Controller.
The salary for this role ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, and candidates should have some experience in preparing management accounts, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting.
This hybrid position involves working four days in the office and one day from home, with responsibilities including the production of management accounts and supporting budget preparation.
Candidates should possess advanced Excel skills and be ACCA/CIMA PQ/Finalist with strong communication abilities.

The CompanyAxon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, property business in Manchester. Due to continued growth they require a commercially astute individual with strong experience in a similar, busy environment. Working within a small team, the role will support the Finance Director and Financial Controller across a wide range of activities.Salary – £40,000 - £50,000Location – Manchester centralHybrid – 4 days in 1 working from home.Responsibilities will include:

Production of Management Accounts and KPIs, including all relevant prepayments, accruals, and journals.
Supporting in the preparation of budgets and annual reconciliations.
Budgeting and Cashflow Forecasting.
Assistance in Preparation of Statutory Accounts (in conjunction with External Accountants)
Preparation of cash forecasts.
Supporting the Development team in preparation of project cashflows, monitoring project spend and preparation of internal project reports

Person Specification:

Advanced Excel skills.
ACCA/CIMA PQ/Finalist.
Strong communicator at all levels.
You’ve had some experience of preparing management accounts, budgeting & cashflow forecasting.
