We’re looking for a talented and ambitious accountant to join our client’s team in the heart of Manchester.If you’re a past finalist or newly qualified ACCA/CIMA professional who thrives on responsibility, variety, and making an impact—this is your chance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing Management Accounts & KPIs for client reports and joint ventures (including prepayments, accruals & journals)

  • Managing service charges, supporting budgets & annual reconciliations

  • Preparing budgets and producing cashflow forecasts for client and JV projects and JV companies

  • Assisting in statutory accounts prep 

  • Calculating & paying capital and loan interest on shareholder debt

  • Overseeing accounting around insurance policy & all recharges

  • Supporting internal and external projects with cashflow prep, spend monitoring, and internal reporting

What we’re looking for:

  • Working towards ACCA or CIMA qualification (past finalist or newly qualified welcome)

  • Experience in management accounts, budgeting & cashflow forecasting

  • Sharp attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills

  • Strong communicator & team player who can work under pressure

  • Property accounting experience is a plus, but not essential
