Axon Moore is seeking a strong ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified individual to manage and report on costs for a leading entertainment business in Central Manchester.
The role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 and requires extensive experience in financial reconciliations and management reporting.
Candidates will be responsible for overseeing cost accounting processes, preparing month-end journals, and delivering accurate financial outputs.
The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home.
Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical abilities are essential for providing cost analysis and financial insights to the Commercial Finance team.

The CompanyAxon Moore is exclusively partnering with a market leading entertainment business in Central Manchester. Due to continued growth they require a strong ACCA/CIMA PQ to manage and report on costs, ensuring accurate financial outputs.Salary – £40,000 - £45,000Location – Central ManchesterHybrid – 3 days in 2 working from home.Responsibilities will include:

Manage and oversee cost accounting processes, including the preparation of cost-related month-end journals and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
Support the completion of month end cost processes and the timely delivery of month-end outputs.
Provide cost analysis and financial insights for month end reporting and to the Commercial Finance team as needed.
Assist the Senior Financial Accountant with ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting tasks, and cost-related projects. Provide strategic recommendations and operational support as required.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements in cost reporting, accounting processes, and system automation.

Person Specification:

Advanced Excel skills.
ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified.
Extensive experience in financial reconciliations and management reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
