Description

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourcing clients across various sectors
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Oversee bookkeeping services and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted financial advisor
  • Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions
  • Mentor and develop junior team members

Profile

  • Nearly or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or AAT)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in practice
  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Outsourcing experience desired but not essential
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
