We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the accounts payable function, ensuring invoices and expenses are processed accurately and on time.
  • Work with expense management systems and corporate card platforms.
  • Assist with month-end processes and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with colleagues across the business to resolve queries promptly.
  • Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration.
  • Familiarity with expense management systems and corporate card platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Twinfield or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills at all levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
