Summary
We are seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to support the financial operations of our business. As an integral part of the team, your role will include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and reconciliations to ensure the smooth flow of financial information and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable; Processing Invoices, Supplier Statements Reconciliations,
  • Accounts Receivable; Allocating Receipts
  • Reconciliations and audits
  • The jobholder may from time to time be required to perform additional tasks and responsibilities, deemed to be within their capabilities to fulfil the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • The successful candidate will need to be familiar with Microsoft Office, be proficient in Excel.
  • You will need good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and liaise with clients and suppliers to solve queries promptly.
  • You will have the ability to work effectively in a team and under own initiative with a flexible approach to work.
  • A high level of attention to detail is essential
  • Experience in a similar finance or accounts role is desirable but not required.
