Admin Assistant- Real Estate Commercial

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in post-completion work? We’re partnering with a respected law firm in Manchester seeking an Administration Assistant to support their dynamic Commercial Real Estate department.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving legal team, assisting fee earners with a diverse caseload of property transactions, from sales and purchases to landlord & tenant matters. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ordering conveyancing searches and obtaining Land Registry documents
  • Preparing and distributing legal documents, including AP1/FR1 forms
  • Handling billing and general accounts administration, including client payment follow-ups
  • Opening new files and processing instructions
  • Maintaining the Case Management system throughout transactions
  • Managing post-completion matters (e.g., Land Registry registrations, Companies House searches)
  • Assisting with department growth initiatives
  • Handling physical and electronic post, ensuring accurate case management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a post-completion role within property law, familiarity with AP1/FR1 forms preferred
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • A team player with excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Someone who thrives in an office-based setting and enjoys supporting a busy legal team
