Office Administrator

Location: Manchester
Salary: 28,000 to 35,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures.

  • Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism.

  • Lead coordination and support for office events and local marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain records, CRM systems, and HR systems (specifically Unit4).

  • Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas, and take minutes.

  • Organize travel and accommodation for staff.

  • Manage diaries and liaise with staff in other departments and external contacts.

  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment.

  • Organize and send outgoing post.

  • Store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information securely.

  • Support social calendar management and lead CSR, cultural, and teambuilding initiatives.

  • Occasionally support the London and Maidenhead offices as needed.

  • Administer financial reporting/invoicing and project administration, including raising Purchase Orders.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Professional Services, Consulting, Construction, Property, or Engineering Admin experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
