Horizon Teachers are seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to be an integral part of a two-form entry primary school in the London borough of Barnet. You will be part of a key team around the young person to maintain consistent support, communication and updated support plans.

About the role:
- We are looking for someone with experience working as a HLTA or TA within an ASC setting, a passion for supporting young people and who wants to make a different to the education of our children.
- You will support the class teacher to promote positive behaviour
- You will understand learning objectives, content and intended outcomes for the learning activities in which students are involved and you will support monitoring their progress.
- You will be part of a key team around the young person in order to maintain consistent support, communication and updated support plans
