- Manage the transfer of rental payments to landlords on a regular basis.
- Handle day-to-day landlord queries relating to accounts, rent payments, and statements.
- Liaise confidently with landlords over the phone and by email to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and landlord accounts.
- Support the lettings team with general administrative duties.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all accounts-related processes are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.
- Previous experience in lettings, property management, or an accounts-based admin role preferred.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with landlords and external partners.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, admin-focused environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property/accounting software systems (training provided if needed).
- Must be able to work full-time, office-based in Ancoats, Manchester.
- Competitive salary: £26,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
