As a Clinical Nurse Trainer, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care. You'll work closely with our clinical teams, patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality education, develop training resources, and maintain the highest clinical standards.

What you'll do

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based training to our clinical teams
  • Support patients (adults and/or children), families, and carers both in person and virtually
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation
  • Conduct audits, give feedback, and help improve our service offering
  • Work to programme KPIs, ensuring excellent patient and client satisfaction
  • Keep your skills current through professional development and NMC revalidation

What we're looking for

  • Registered Nurse (NMC)
  • Minimum 2 years' post-registration experience
  • Confident in training, mentoring, or coaching (formal qualification desirable)
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills - face-to-face, phone, and written
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable: Experience in CVAD, Parenteral Nutrition, or similar specialties
