Must have experience working as an Emergency Nurse in the UK.
Responsibilities of the roles:
- Works collaboratively and acts as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Contributes to the maintenance of a physically, culturally, and psycho socially safe environment for healthcare consumers and staff, modifying work practices where necessary to meet the needs of clients and the work setting.
- Demonstrate NTH values - safe; responsive; kind - in all decision-making and interactions with consumers and colleagues.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through role modelling appropriate behaviour.
- Follows defined service quality standards, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Capacity to work shift work and be redeployed to other clinical areas to meet clinical needs.
Benefits:
Salary ranging from 45,000-60,000 including benefits.
Relocation of up to $15,000
Support in Registering with AHPRA and visa support to make process as smooth as possible.
