In essence, you’ll be the face of the brand, and this is a role that blends creativity with connection, giving you the chance to create engaging content while working closely with their customers and team to understand what really matters to them. You’ll become a presenter on their YouTube channel and across socials, delivering engaging, high-quality video content that informs and captivates as well as delivering online events, sharing valuable insights. You’ll also work closely with the founders and in-house experts to draw on their knowledge and craft content that showcases the depth of expertise within the business.
You will then develop scripts, plan video topics, and structure information in a way that’s easy to understand and enjoyable to watch. You'll share on social media and repurpose their video and written content for their social media channels.
What we’re looking for:
You’ve got experience presenting on video, whether that’s on YouTube, webinars, or other platforms as well as being articulate and having an infectious energy that bursts through the screen to connect with an audience. You can also break down complex ideas into simple, actionable insights that anyone can understand and whilst you don’t need to be an expert in the property scene, a genuine interest in this sector is handy.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who thinks creatively, spots opportunities, and isn't afraid to share ideas. Whether it's a fresh approach to a campaign, a way to streamline processes, or an entirely new idea - they're a collaborative team that wants to hear it all.
