Role: -Account Manager (12-month FTC)Location: -Remote Salary: -Depending on experience Benefits: -Competitive salary, completely remote role with no requirements to travel, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, charity days and time off to support your favourite charity, payroll charity giving scheme and cycle to work scheme.Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has project management experience within the food industry- this is not sales role, but rather is someone who has excellent client relationship management, good communication and project management skills.Responsibilities• Daily support of a leading food retail client, acting as their account manager.• Accountable for the direction and progression of products and for the success of the spec, pack copy and artwork approval.• Day to day service delivery to the client aswell as helping to support their internal teams.• Develop client relationships and ensure that the needs of the client are met.• Attend client meetings when necessary- usually 2-3 times a year.• Reporting writing of client performance.• Provide client feedback when required.The Person • Previous project management or account management experience within the food (Manufacturing or retail) industry.• Approachable, pro-active, organised and resilient.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written• Be able to deal with difficult conversations and find an outcome. • Ability to prioritise workload and deadlines.• Happy to travel to meetings when required.• Positive attitude and keen to learn.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
