Impressive dynamic brand based in central Manchester is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to join their inhouse team! (Hybrid working after your training & induction are complete).Working within a marketing, content & video team, you will be the Sole Designer in the department, working autonomously day-to-day and reporting to the Marketing Director. The ability to manage your own workloads and adhere to deadlines is key, along with ability to communicate effectively.This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a small design team in the future, so previous experience managing, training & mentoring juniors is essential.Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with stakeholders and key decision makers across the business. As well as having fresh, innovative ideas, you must have a strong portfolio which show cases your creativity, technical skills and keen eye for detail.Any experience within the sports/fitness/leisure sectors is an advantage.You will be working on a wide range of exciting projects such as digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns and print collateral.Key areas for this role include:
