Anderselite are working with a well-respected full-service property consultancy to find an experienced Architectural Technician for their Manchester studio. The team works predominantly in the commercial sector, delivering high-quality, technically focused projects across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive technician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident delivering projects using BIM methodologies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Producing detailed design and construction drawings
- Developing 3D models and technical documentation
- Coordinating with internal architectural, surveying, and planning teams
- Liaising with external consultants and clients
- Working across RIBA Stages 0–7, with a focus on delivery
What they’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience running projects through RIBA stages
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of modern construction methods and regulations
- CIAT membership desirable
- Experience with complex refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects is a bonus
