Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Produce detailed project information from planning stages onwards
- Coordinate with the design team on day-to-day project information
- Liaise with main contractors and sub contactor teams
- Attend design meetings and undertake site visits
- Update and deliver working drawing packs of information
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong experience working on RIBA stages 4 onwards
- Sector specialist experience or experience working on projects across a range of sectors
- Experience carrying out site meetings would be desirable
- Strong technical and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
