Junior Field Service Mechanical Engineer
£33,000 basic (Annual Earnings up to £55K) Company Vehicle Overtime Paid Door-to-Door UK Travel with Some Overseas Work

With full training and support, you’ll develop your expertise on some of the industry’s most technically advanced print production systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience, travel across the UK (with occasional overseas projects), and build a long-term career within a world-class engineering organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of high-tech print production machinery at customer sites.
  • Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical and drive-related faults with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure customers’ machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Travel across the UK (with occasional overseas assignments), gaining exposure to a wide variety of equipment and environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanically trained (apprenticeship, HNC, BTEC, NVQ, or similar).
  • Some hands-on mechanical experience — could be from maintenance, service, installation, or college/placement projects.
  • Enthusiastic, with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible with UK-wide travel and overnight stays (approx. 100 nights per year).
  • Based in England with good motorway access (M1, M6, M40, M4 etc.).
