Konker is seeking an Architect to join a leading RIBA practice in Manchester that is employee-focused and offers an excellent benefits package.
The practice is growing its Residential team and is looking for an 'all-rounder' to collaborate with one of the residential leads.
The Architect will work on a variety of residential schemes, from bespoke homes to high-rise projects, utilizing AutoCAD and Revit.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £50,000, depending on the applicant's previous experience.
Candidates should be prepared for hybrid working, flexible hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including 23 days of holiday and a performance bonus system.

Konker is recruiting for an Architect to join one of Manchester’s leading RIBA practices. Independent run, AJ100, employee-focused and offering one of the best benefits packages in the North West. This RIBA practice employs over 100 staff and is going through a period of growth. They are growing their Residential team and looking for an ‘all-rounder’ to work closely with one of the residential leads in the practice. Within this residential team, there are five of them, and they focus on masterplanning and residential schemes across the north west. This could be anything from bespoke one-off homes, high-rise schemes, student accommodation, national house builders, and extra-care living. The Role: Architect

Use AutoCAD & Revit in practice
Work on a wide range of residential schemes
Working on projects across all stages of the design process, including feasibility studies, planning applications, construction details, producing 3D models and client presentations.
Producing housing layouts
Liaise with local authorities, including building and planning, and internal/external consultants
Project runs from inception to completion
Support the Residential lead within the practice

The salary for this Architect position ranges from £35,000-£50,000, depending on previous experience. The Role: Architect
