Architect

Attention all Architects!

We have an unmissable opportunity here at Blueprint Recruitment for an experienced Architect to join a global engineering consultancy, in a 6-month contract position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work 1 day a week in our client's office in Manchester, working remotely for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage technical design from RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) through to completion.

-Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and coordinated technical packages.

-Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

-Support site operations, attend inspections, and resolve on-site construction queries.

-Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and quality standards.

What we are looking for:

-Must have 3-4 years' experience as an Architect

-Qualified Architect (RIAI/ARB or equivalent).

-Must have prior defence or power project experience.

-Strong knowledge and experience using Revit.

-Excellent detailing, documentation, and coordination skills.
