The Role
As a Qualified Architect, you'll play a key role in the design and delivery of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You'll be involved from concept through to completion, working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on design development, planning applications, and technical drawing packages.

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

• Stay up to date with industry regulations, planning policies, and sustainable design practices.

About You:

• ARB registered with proven post-qualification experience.

• Strong design skills with excellent technical knowledge.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (experience with Adobe Suite and SketchUp advantageous).

• Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.

• A team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
