The Role:
Construo Recruitment is working with a respected main contractor that delivers a wide range of projects across the Northwest. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee fit out, refurbishment, and new build schemes.
As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality, while leading site teams and managing subcontractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and drive programme delivery
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are achieved across all works
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitor budgets, progress, and project reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within a main contractor
- Strong background in fit out, refurbishment, and new build projects
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and supply chain
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
