A nationally recognised, award-winning architectural practice is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Level Architectural Technician to join its thriving Manchester office. Daily Duties:
- Leading the technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
- Producing coordinated technical drawings and construction packages
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Managing and submitting planning and building regulations applications
- Conducting site visits and ensuring quality and compliance on site
- Supporting project delivery to meet timeframes, budget, and design intent
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related field
- Substantial years of UK experience, with a solid grasp of technical delivery
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive mindset
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and within a team
- Experience across sectors such as retail, commercial, and logistics preferred
