Bennett & Game are pleased to be working with a respected, award-winning architectural practice with an excellent reputation in the UK and internationally. We're seeking a Revit-proficient Senior Architectural Technologist with proven project-running experience on large-scale schemes to join their growing Manchester studio.

This design-led architectural practice, with three UK offices and a global presence, delivers outstanding work across residential, mixed-use, commercial and urban regeneration sectors. The 65-strong Manchester team is leading some of the region's most significant regeneration and Build-to-Rent projects, including a landmark 200m masterplan. Their work balances creative ambition with technical precision, incorporating sustainability, adaptive reuse and innovative delivery strategies.

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview

  • Day-to-day use of Revit to develop and coordinate technical drawing packages
  • Contribution across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stages 3-5

  • Leading on the technical delivery of large-scale schemes (10m+)

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

  • Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)
  • 5+ years' UK industry experience, ideally with large-scale project exposure
  • Strong Revit proficiency and familiarity with BIM workflows
  • Demonstrated technical delivery skills and thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Confident communicator with proven project-running experience
  • Ability to work independently whilst thriving as part of a multi-disciplinary team
