Key Requirements:

- Qualifications: Degree, HNC, or HND.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience, ideally within a UK-based practice or developer.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in using both REVIT and AutoCAD software.
- Sector Experience: Previous experience in the Education sectors is desirable - but not essential to be a success in this role.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional technical detailing abilities.
