We are working in partnership with a prestigious design studio renowned for delivering exceptional projects across different sectors. They are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a passion for creativity, strong technical expertise, and leadership skills to join their dynamic team.

You'll be leading projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence award-winning designs, manage junior designers, and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of exciting and high-profile projects.

• Lead design projects
  
  
• Develop concepts, prepare presentations, and manage design documentation.
  
  
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors to deliver outstanding interiors.
  
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  
  
• Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high design standards.
  
  
• Oversee site visits, project installation, and quality control.
  
  

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a professional design environment.
  
  
• Proven track record delivering full-cycle projects across multiple sectors.
  
  
• Strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other relevant software.
  
  
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills.
  
  
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire a team.
  
  
• FF&E expertise would be a strong advantage.
