We are working in partnership with a prestigious design studio renowned for delivering exceptional projects across different sectors. They are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a passion for creativity, strong technical expertise, and leadership skills to join their dynamic team.
About the Role:
You'll be leading projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence award-winning designs, manage junior designers, and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of exciting and high-profile projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects
- Develop concepts, prepare presentations, and manage design documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors to deliver outstanding interiors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high design standards.
- Oversee site visits, project installation, and quality control.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in a professional design environment.
- Proven track record delivering full-cycle projects across multiple sectors.
- Strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to inspire a team.
- FF&E expertise would be a strong advantage.
