Are you a Senior Fire Engineer/Associate Director, or someone with a similar background, looking to step into a directorship role, where you will have full autonomy to lead and develop your department?

This role offers flexible working between the Manchester office and home, placing you at the forefront of developing and reviewing fire safety strategies within the design team. You'll lead modelling and calculations, review project documents like drawings and specifications, and have the chance to mentor Junior Engineers, helping to develop future fire engineering talent.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Fire Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, build on their expertise, and continue their professional development.

The Role:
- Provide leadership on large projects
- Lead regional teams by driving performance, fostering development, and enhancing engagement.
- Progression into Executive roles
- Office in Manchester (Hybrid Working)

The Person:
- Fire Engineering background
- Beng Hons, MEng or MSc
- Chartered Engineer, or in the process
- Willing to work a couple of days per week in the Manchester office
