We are recruiting for seasoned Sales Executives or Representatives to join a large established Financial Services firm in the heart of Manchester. This position will play a pivotal role throughout the customer care process, prioritising consumer experience whilst maximising sales development. You will be wholly responsible for your own business development processes whilst supported by a catalogue of screened leads to enable you to hit the ground running.

This position will be working amongst the highest ability sales people & therefor will require candidates already experience within either consumer of B2B sales.
Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries related to finance options.
- Assess customer needs and match them with suitable finance products and lending partners.
- Guide customers through the car finance journey, from initial application to final approval.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application progress in CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with both customers and partner dealerships to ensure a smooth process.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance standards.
- Explain finance terms clearly and ensure customers fully understand agreements before proceeding.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams such as underwriting, customer support, and dealer partnerships.
- Follow FCA and company regulations to ensure responsible lending and ethical sales practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights to improve processes.
Profile
A successful candidate will have:
- Experience ability within consumer or business sales, minimum of 1 year+.
- Ability to work towards proactive targets.
- Experience of achieving & exceeding sales performance metrics & personal monetary targets.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Good understanding of consumer finance principles and a commitment to responsible lending.
- Resilient and self-motivated, able to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer applications simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track and manage leads.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from 27,000.
- Monthly paid commission, average OTE of 45k+.
