Description
Duties include:
- Responsible for inputting, coding and processing of invoices daily
- Preparation of month end payment runs according to company policy
- Ensuring key accounts are managed appropriately to minimise late payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Supplier statement reconciliation and control, maintenance of aged accounts
- Processing staff expenses in line with company policy and submit to payroll
- Assisting with intercompany account reconciliation
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience - Required
- Strong understanding of the reconciliations process - Required
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
- Prior experience within the Retail sector - Desirable
