What you'll do:

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the financial stability of the company. Your main duty will be overseeing the sales ledger, generating invoices, and ensuring all invoicing details are precise. You will also collaborate closely with the Credit Controller to pursue debtors on a strict weekly schedule. Your knack for addressing client queries swiftly and professionally will be vital to your success in this role.

  • Focus the majority of your time managing the sales ledger
  • Generate invoices and follow up on invoicing details both internally and externally
  • Address client queries promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit Controller to pursue debtors on a strict weekly schedule
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the accounts team manager
