Are you ready to take on a high-impact role at the forefront of fashion marketing? Zachary Daniels are currently working for a fashion brand who are looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Lead to shape and drive their creator and partnership strategy-delivering standout campaigns and meaningful collaborations that fuel brand growth and cultural relevance.

This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced fashion brand that merges premium design with streetwear attitude. As Influencer & Partnerships Lead, you'll work cross-functionally to ensure influencer and partnership activity drives real commercial and brand results.

What you'll be doing as Influencer & Partnerships Lead:

  • Lead the influencer and brand partnership strategy end to end
  • Manage a multi-million-pound creator budget across campaigns and always-on activity
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers and brand partners
  • Collaborate with paid, organic, and brand marketing teams to integrate creator content across all touchpoints
  • Own campaign performance and insights-engagement, reach, conversion and ROI
  • Stay ahead of trends in influencer culture, digital platforms and brand collaborations
  • Identify new opportunities to drive brand growth through influencer and partnership activations

What we're looking for in an Influencer & Partnerships Lead:

  • 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships or talent management
  • Proven experience developing strategies that combine creative influence and commercial impact
  • A strong understanding of paid media and how to amplify creator content
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, internally and externally
  • Budget ownership experience and a data-driven approach to campaign analysis
  • Passion for fashion, youth culture, and creator innovation
