We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a family run manufacturer based in Denton, Tameside. Working alongside the Production Manager to run various machines associated with the manufacture of bespoke goods.
What’s on offer?
- £27,456 per annum
- Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm/ Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Onsite canteen
- Onsite parking
- Full-time Permanent position
What will you be doing as a Production Operative?
- Setting up and operating machinery and packing finished products
- Performing quality inspections
- Labelling, packing, and preparing finished goods
- Adhering to Health and Safety guidelines
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment
- Experience operating/setting machinery is preferred
- The ability to work well in a team and help out where needed
- An understanding of health and safety standards and practices
