As they continue to scale, they're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their established product and technology team. In this role, you'll help deliver market-leading solutions across both web and mobile platforms, driving product quality and customer value at every stage.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and workshops, translating business needs into clear and concise user stories
- Break down complex problems into achievable development chunks, aligned with agile sprints and delivery milestones
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define objectives, build ROI cases, and measure success
- Support product delivery from ideation through to implementation, ensuring clarity, alignment, and value
- Use data analysis and market insights to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends to bring new thinking and techniques into the business
What We're Looking For
- A hands-on, proactive Business Analyst with experience delivering user-centred solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Confident facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Adaptable and comfortable managing change in a dynamic setting
Essential Skills
- Solid data analysis and insight generation, with a track record of making evidence-based recommendations
- Strong documentation and requirements definition abilities
- Experience running stakeholder workshops, product demos, and feedback sessions
- Skilled in balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term product vision
- Ability to explain complex strategies to a wide range of internal teams
- Familiarity with Agile environments and ceremonies
