Our client is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join their IS Projects team. You'll play a key role in shaping future-ready systems and services for a 1,500+ userbase, contributing to strategic transformation through high-quality analysis and insight.

Business Analyst / Up to £49,000 / Manchester / Hybrid

You'll lead the analysis and definition of business and system requirements across the full project lifecycle, helping to deliver effective, user-focused IT solutions. Your work will span from early-stage feasibility studies to implementation support.

Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements
Map and document current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') processes
Translate business needs into clear system and service requirements
Take ownership of early project scoping and solution design
Support implementation through training, data analysis, and cutover planning
Collaborate with Project Managers and teams through testing and benefit realisation

What You'll Bring / Essential Experience:

You're a confident communicator with strong analytical skills and a solid background in delivering structured business analysis within complex projects.

Proven BA experience on medium to large-scale (£1m+) projects
Skilled in process modelling and requirements gathering techniques
Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
Adaptable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex ideas clearly
