This role would suit an ambitious graduate looking to fast track their career in sales. Utilising the latest techniques in sales, markting and lead generation your skills will be fine tuned through excellent training to make you a valued member of the high performing team. This is a high activity role that demands creativity, presistance and a hunger to suceed.

The company are at the forefront of energy reduction technologies, with their equipment reducing electricity spend,and carbon emissions across hospitality and leisure in the UK.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Executive:

  • Build highly targeted prospecting lists via Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-gen platforms
  • Send tailored cold outreach emails and LinkedIn messages daily
  • Make outbound calls to generate interest and book high-quality sales meetings
  • Work closely with BDMs to qualify and pass over warm opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records and update contact engagement
  • Optimise outreach messaging based on response and campaign performance

Bonus SkillsHighly desirabvle but not essentail as can be taught:

  • PDF editing tools (e.g. Adobe Acrobat)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator)

Business Development ExecutiveRequirements

  • Graduate(Degree essential) OR a Graduate with 1-2 years in an SDR roll or BDM.
  • Intelligent, articulate, and commercially aware
  • Presentable and confident on phone calls, emails, and face-to-face
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work to daily KPIs
  • Strong written English and creative flair in messaging
  • Tech-savvy and confident with CRM systems, email tools, and LinkedIn
  • Ambitious and money-driven, with a desire to progress into a full BDM role

Development Pathway

This role is a launchpad into a full Business Development Manager position. Every member of our current BDM team earns 100k+ per year. With dedicated support and ongoing training from senior sales leaders, the candidate will have a clear path to rapid advancement.
