Responsibilities:
- Onboard new German veterinary clinics and provide account management support.
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email in both English and German.
- Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction and outbound telephony activity.
- Engage proactively with potential and less regular customers to drive growth.
- Take ownership of your personal development path with guidance from your team.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through verbal, written, and electronic means.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience (Outbound)
- German speaker - C1 Level.
- Able to commute to Stockport 5x per week.
- Good telephone manner.
