Client Services Specialist - Group Risk
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits consultancy who are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join their Group Risk team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting consultants with managing their portfolio of clients
- Administering Group Risk schemes
- Being the main point of contact for client queries
- Obtain insurance quotes & produce reports for the consultants
Essential Criteria:
- Must have prior group risk experience
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
