As they expand across the UK, were searching for a dynamic Area Manager to oversee the launch of multiple high-performing stores across the North West of England.
About the job:
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across 3+ sites
- Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Deliver commercial KPIs including sales growth, labour control, and food cost
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and food hygiene
- Play a hands-on role in launching new locations and building regional presence
About You:
- Proven multi-site leadership experience (ideally QSR, casual dining, or food retail)
- Commercially savvy with strong P&L understanding
- Energetic, people-first leader with a passion for hospitality
- Able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between units
