About the Role:As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance across a large multi-site estate. You will play a key strategic and leadership role, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent standards and customer service, while driving commercial performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and oversee the operational performance of a wide portfolio of stores across the region, ensuring exceptional standards and consistency.

Inspire, develop, and manage a team of senior leaders and store managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Drive strategic operational initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all locations.

A proven track record of success in a senior operational leadership role (e.g. Operations Director, Head of Retail, Regional Director) within retail or hospitality.
