Senior Manager - Regional Manager - Public Health, Community based integrated health & lifestyle services across the North West. FLEXIBLE LOCATION - NORTH WEST REGION - Greater Manchester - Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside.

My client is a fast-growth private healthcare provider, due to further contract wins and several new service openings, looking for an experienced manager to oversee several teams delivering public health services in the community.

You will oversee a number of specialistteams, each with their own service manager, across a wide region. The services include a range of integrated public health solutions (weight management, lifestyle and behaviour changes, smoking cessationetc), which are reaching out into groups within the community who will greatly benefit from their services.

You will be able to lead and inspire a dispersed team, and your relationship-building skills allowing you to further develop productive relationships with a range of internal & external stakeholders, commissioners, and third parties. You will have a passion for the delivery of high quality services, with excellent levels of quality and governance oversight, and be keen to further the develop and extend their services being offered. Alongside maintaining quality you will be able to monitor performance data against KPIs and contractual targets, and proactively troubleshoot where required.

You will have an ability to identify and develop leaders of the future, fostering a culture of empowerment and building a robust, high-performing group of services poised for ongoing expansion.
