Cobalt has partnered up with a well-established Managing Agent who is looking to add to their Building Management function in Manchester.

The role will be assisting with the management of a grade-A, multi-tenanted commercial office space and could be an ideal springboard into a company with tremendous growth opportunities.

Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage on site contractors and ensure works are carried out in line with company standards and legislation.
  • Conduct building inspections whilst instructing contractors to conduct remedial works where necessary.
  • Checking in with tenants on a regular basis to ensure their queries are met accordingly.
  • Work alongside the Building Manager to set and manage service charge budgets.
  • Overseeing health and safety compliance across the site at all times.
  • Drive proactive feedback from the site between leaseholders/tenants to ensure an up-to-date record is held at all times.
