We're looking for an experienced Building Manager to take charge of a landmark residential development in Manchester. With premium facilities and a growing resident community, this is your chance to create something truly special.

Your Mission:

You'll be the heartbeat of the development-leading your team, supporting residents, and keeping everything running like clockwork. From maintenance coordination to managing move-ins and resolving queries, you'll be front and centre, making life better for everyone who calls this place home.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, support, and motivate your on-site team

  • Oversee day-to-day building management and compliance checks

  • Coordinate contractors and planned maintenance

  • Welcome new residents and provide a visible on-site presence

  • Manage keys, parcels, and resident licenses (pets, alterations etc.)

  • Drive engagement, build trust, and help shape a true community feel

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience managing residential developments or transferable environments (hospitality, military, leisure, etc.)

  • Confident, engaging leadership style

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A hands-on, people-first approach

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
