This role is the perfect position for anyone who has a passion for animals and a passion for business improvement. Yes you read that right!

They are a multi sited animal welfare business who keep on growing by challenging the industry on what is "good". Nationally recognised their growth has outstripped their infrastructure so right now they have hurdles to be jumped!

Hurdles are great, provided they have the right person as the Business Operations Manager to help!

They are looking for someone with vast experience with in an SME business which has been on a growth journey and seen the pains that come with growth, someone who has reviewed process and delivered improvements. An individual who has sat with an MD who has a million and one ideas and worked with them to focus on the essentials and then non-essential changes needed.

This is perfect for someone who can work within "grey" areas, in their sector they don't have a specific black and white approach so you need to understand and operate as a voice of reason, respecting what is needed but also understanding what can be achieved.

Your role will cover management responsibilities, work closely with the directors, given the canvas to improve and drive change whilst working with every employee across the company so you must be diplomatic, understanding and see the company through all employees eyes.
