Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, high-impact initiatives within a professional services environment. This is a strategic, client-facing role that combines project delivery excellence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful business outcomes. This is not a Technical or IT based PM position.

The role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects-from large-scale transformation and operational improvement programs to time-sensitive, high-stakes client engagements. You will act as a trusted adviser to partners, directors, and clients, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, commercially, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary interface with senior clients and internal leadership, providing insight, guidance, and governance
  • Define, plan, and monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, balancing client expectations with business objectives
  • Identify risks and opportunities proactively, implementing strategies to mitigate issues and maximise value
  • Produce clear, actionable reporting for internal teams and clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate on commercial aspects of projects, including pricing, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and the adoption of digital tools and innovative solutions to enhance delivery efficiency

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing complex, client-focused projects within professional services, insurance, financial services, healthcare or legal industries
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders, including clients and leadership teams
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and commercial acumen, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client-facing interactions
  • Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP, or equivalent) are desirable
  • Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and standard office software
