About the Role - Property Maintenance Apprenticeship Tutor

As a property maintenance apprenticeship tutor, youll deliver high-quality teaching and one-to-one support to apprentices working in real-world environments. Covering the North West, your role will involve a mix of remote delivery and workplace visits, helping learners develop the practical skills, technical knowledge, and behaviours required to succeed in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging, learner-focused training aligned with the Property Maintenance Operative Standard

  • Supporting apprentices through their learning journey, from induction to End Point Assessment

  • Creating and adapting teaching resources and curriculum materials

  • Tracking and reporting on learner progress in line with compliance standards

  • Embedding safeguarding, equality, and British values in all aspects of delivery
