Our client is looking for dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their team temporarily and deliver exceptional support to customers.
Position: Contact Centre Advisor
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Working Pattern: Full Time - 5 week rotation working between 8am and 10pm (2 weekends out of 5) - 4 days
Location: Working from Home
Hourly Rate: 12.73
Start Date: 26th January 2026

What You'll Do:
Responsible for handling queries from those contacting helpline based services across a range of behaviour change services and subject matters. You will act as a first line of support for callers, triaging their queries and providing them with information and advice. You will be required to communicate effectively with service users of all ages and backgrounds, conveying information and tailoring support specific to caller's needs, age and understanding. You will be expected to communicate with them across a range of contact channels including email, voice, webchat, SMS and social media.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong telephony skills and contact centre experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Confident IT skills, particularly with MS Office packages.
- Candidates must pass a DBS check and provide proof of Right to Work in the UK.
