Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for Monday to Friday work with temp to perm opportunities available.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of driving experience with a Cat-C Licence, valid CPC, and Digital Tachograph card.
The position offers a minimum salary of £675 per week, which includes holiday pay, and overtime is available after 8 hours of work.
Drivers will be responsible for delivering insulation and roofing products to building sites in the North West while maintaining safety and compliance.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential for this role.

We are looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join us for our clients' requirements

Monday Friday work

HGV class 2 driver experience essential

Temp to Perm Opportunities available for the right candidate

Earn a minimum of £675 per week (inclusive of holiday pay) for full time Monday to Friday hours

As HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be working in a safety critical role and be responsible for delivering insulation and roofing products as well as interior and exterior products to building sites around the North West, and working to timescales. You will be required to maintain good care of your vehicle, ensure all loads are secured, perform daily safety checks, and keep transport documents and paperwork updated.

HGV Class 2 Driver will need:

Cat-C Licence

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, IN's, TT's)

Experience with ratchet straps

Experience in a fast-paced multi-drop environment

Excellent customer service skills and good literacy

Full UK Driving licence, Class 2 entitlement held for 2 years

Able to work to tight deadlines

HGV Class 2 Driver Duties will include:

Driving company vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws

Carrying out required daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance

Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress

Completing paperwork accurately as instructed

Dealing with customers face to face in a polite and courteous manner

We offer a true, honest, and personal service and you will deal directly with the business owner. Plus, attractive minimum rate of pay of £15.00 per hour (that's £16.80 per hour when inclusive of holiday pay) PLUS, regular overtime after 8 hours work, paid weekly via PAYE.
