Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable HGV Class 2 HVAC drivers for an established client in the Irlam area. The candidate will ideally have CSCS card or EUSR card but it isn't essential as you would be put through the course. Pay is experience and skill based on a banding system. The client can take new pass drivers.
42.5 Hours per week - 14-16 an hour - Overtime is payed at time and a half

Responsibilities
- Running a jet vac unit to support across multiple drainage contracts
- May involve some working away as it can be nationwide contracts the work is undertaken on
- Be physically able and fit to cover a lot of ground on foot and work in confined spaces.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery notes, logs, and route sheets.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations during all aspects of driving and cargo handling.
Experience
- Construction or drainage work preferred but not essential
- Full class 2 licence with valid CPC and no more than 6 points
- Knowledge of current road laws and safety regulations applicable to commercial vehicle operation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently on busy schedules.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members. This position is ideal for motivated individuals committed to maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and punctuality in a dynamic environment.
