Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Joiner for a contract position in Manchester with a leading Social Housing company.
The role offers a salary of £20 per hour, with double time for night shifts and enhanced rates for overtime.
Candidates must have City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualifications, as well as multi-trade experience, a full UK driving license, and their own van and tools.
The position involves repairs and maintenance throughout Manchester, conducting quality checks, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
This is a temporary-to-permanent role with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

For the successful Joiner our client is offering:

£20 per hour (CIS/Umbrella PAYE)
Double time for nights
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary - Permanent

The Role: Joiner

Working throughout Manchester
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Joiner

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Own van and tools ESSENTIAL
Multi trade experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
